This Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

In no event shall MZTSPR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Software.

GOVERNING LAW:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
